Wavelength accuracy can be tightened to ±0.05 nm using the optional internal reference source and auto calibration. Standard GPIB and RS-232C enable automated testing; sweep time is as fast as 0.5 s per 500 nm. Refurbished units are typically supplied calibrated, offering reliable performance at lower cost.
